Regulation on Trust Investing
Information on the legality of regulations regarding Trading Investing.
Trust Investing is not a company that does Trading, it is a company that has 7 banks hired and these banks operate in the financial market doing trading for Trust Investing, that is why we have no problem regarding the distribution of income to associates;
It is not a Brazilian company, therefore, it does not suffer sanction from CVM - Comissão de Valores Mobiliários;
It does not suffer sanctions by SMV - Superintendence of the Securities Market, in this case it is the regulatory body in Panama / Spain. Because the company does not practice trading and has no authorization to practice, however, it can hire companies that do it for them;
It is not a company based on "people registration" or multilevel marketing, this part is only for the expansion project.
