If you have problems related to your account such as passwords, 2FA code, email, withdrawals, packages, etc., this can only be resolved directly with the company via email (note that it is support with "o" for being in Spanish). Or via Ticket through the Panel, if you have access.

We recommend that you send an e-mail explaining your problem in detail, containing your username and e-mail address registered in the system and, together with an attachment, a photo of you holding the document that was sent and a paper with the date of the day. This will speed up your service.

We are not part of the company and we do not have access to the directors.
